- To start, we'll need to be connected to the VPN (Sophos Connect).
- Then search for the application "Remote Desktop Connection" in your search bar and open that up.
This will open up a new small window with a text box, here we will want to enter CAWS1069.
- Then Connect, another warning window may pop up asking if you're sure you wish to Connect, you can just click Connect again.
- Following this it will pop up with a login window, you will just need to enter your laptop password.
- You should then see the remote desktop window open.
- To get the report you need onto the remote desktop we recommend just emailing it to yourself, then accessing your emails on the remote desktop to download and refresh.
- Then emailing the up to date version back to yourself.
- When you're finished with the remote desktop please Sign Out. Do not Shut down or Restart
